How to Set Preferred LLM

Choose the default LLM provider that powers your AI tools in CoSchedule. LLM providers are the services behind AI features, helping generate content, ideas, and suggestions. You can specify OpenAI, Anthropic, or Copilot as needed. This setting changes the AI model provider for:

• Content generated by the Smart Text Editor (i.e., output displayed in the editor)
• Long-form content (e.g., write a blog post about X) from the AI Marketing Assistant project attachment.

Other AI responses in CoSchedule do not use this setting (e.g., images, chat messages, or social messages).

How to Set Preferred LLM

1. From your calendar, open Settings
2. Select AI Settings from the left side menu
3. Click the arrow next to the LLM to select Anthropic, OpenAI, or Copilot (see details below for using Copilot).

 

Details for using Copilot as Preferred LLM

To enable Copilot as a preferred LLM provider, you must first connect a business/work/school Microsoft account via CoSchedule's OneDrive integration. You also must have or purchase a separate Microsoft Copilot license add-on for your Microsoft account to use Copilot as a preferred LLM provider. Each connected and eligible Microsoft account will have an LLM provider selection. This is because Copilot operates directly on behalf of a Microsoft account. Copilot has read-only access to select Office 365 services:

• Access SharePoint sites
• Read emails
• Read people lists
• Access online meeting transcripts
• Read one-to-one and group-chat threads in Microsoft Teams channels
• Read messages sent in Teams channels (“general”, “announcements”, etc)
• Read external items imported into Microsoft Graph connectors/Microsoft Search
• Read OneDrive files
