Headline Studio has its own login, separate from the CoSchedule calendar. Work through these checks on any Headline Studio plan if you can't log in, the app won't load, or your paid plan doesn't show.
Log in at the right address
Log in to Headline Studio at headlines.coschedule.com. Bookmark it so it's easy to find. The CoSchedule calendar and the billing site have their own addresses.
Use the email that owns your subscription
Each email address is its own account. If you bought Headline Studio with one email and log in with another, your paid plan won't show. To check which email holds your subscription:
- Go to accounts-billing.coschedule.com/subscriptions and log in.
- Look for your Headline Studio subscription.
- If it isn't there, log out and try your other email addresses.
If Headline Studio Premium came with your CoSchedule calendar, it belongs to the calendar owner's email and works only in Headline attachments on calendar projects.
Reset your password
- Use the reset password link on the Headline Studio login page.
- Enter the email address you use for Headline Studio.
- Open the reset email and follow its link.
The email can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Rule out your browser
- Try a private or incognito window.
- Clear your browser's cache, or try a different browser.
- Type your email and password instead of pasting them or letting a password manager fill them in.
- Make sure you're using a supported browser.
Check for an outage
If Headline Studio won't load at all, check status.coschedule.com for reported problems, then refresh the page later.
Still can't get in
Contact support and include the email you log in with, that the problem is with Headline Studio, and a screenshot of the whole browser window. Contact support too if your subscription shows on the billing site but your paid features are missing in Headline Studio.
