Reset your password or fix login problems

Each CoSchedule product has its own login page, and each email address is its own account. Use this article to reset your password, find the right login page or find the account that holds your subscription. It applies to every plan, including the free plan.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the CoSchedule login page at app.coschedule.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address you log in with and send the request.
  4. Open the reset email and click the link in it.
  5. Enter your new password.

The page always says the reset email was sent, even when no account uses that address or the account signs in with single sign-on. The link works for 1 hour, and only the newest link works. The email can take up to 30 minutes to arrive, so check your spam folder too.

Headline Studio has its own login. To reset that password, see Fix Headline Studio login problems.

Find the right login page

Each product signs in on its own page:

Make sure you're in the right account

Each product and each email address is its own account. A free calendar on your work email doesn't show a paid plan you bought with your personal email.

  • Signed in with Google or Apple and saw an empty account? You used a different email than your CoSchedule login, so a new account was created. Sign out, then sign in with your original email and password. See Sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple.
  • Seeing “Provider not connected”? Your account exists and uses a password. Log in with your email and password, then connect the provider from your My Profile page.
  • Landed in a free calendar instead of your team's? Use the switcher in the upper left to choose your team's calendar.
  • Does your company use single sign-on (SSO)? Your account has no CoSchedule password. Sign in through your company's SSO, and ask your calendar's Owner for help if you can't get in. See Set up single sign-on (SSO).

Find the account that holds your subscription

  • Your subscription may be under a different email address than the one you're signed in with. Sign out and try the other email addresses you use.
  • Charged but can't find the account? Contact support with the last 4 digits of the card, the amount and date of the charge, or the receipt number. Support can find the account from the charge.
  • Want everything under one email? Change the login email on one account. The new email can't already have a CoSchedule account. See Change your name, email, password or timezone.

Still can't log in?

  1. Open CoSchedule in a private or incognito window.
  2. Clear your browser's cache, or try another browser. See Browsers and browser extensions that work with CoSchedule.
  3. Type your email and password instead of pasting them or using a password manager.
  4. Check status.coschedule.com for current issues.
  5. If you still can't get in, contact support with the email you log in with and a screenshot of what you see.
