Cancellation and Refund Policy

Note: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply to CoSchedule customers who have entered into a written contract with CoSchedule for a specific subscription term. The provisions of the written contract shall govern.

All canceled plans will be in an active state until the end of the subscription time. You can use your calendar and send messages until that time.

Monthly Subscriptions

We do not provide any refunds for fees related to CoSchedule plans that are on a monthly subscription. These are billed in advance on a month-by-month basis.

Annual Subscriptions

For any CoSchedule plan with an annual subscription and no written contract, 100% refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase or renewal. We do not offer prorated refunds on unused or canceled annual plans.

Refunds for unused Social Profiles or Team Member seats are not provided.
