Cancellation and Refund Policy

All canceled plans will be in an active state until the end of the paid subscription period. You will be able to use your subscription until that date.

Monthly Subscriptions

We do not provide any refunds for fees related to CoSchedule plans that are on a monthly subscription. These are billed in advance on a month-by-month basis.

Annual Subscriptions — Self Serve

For a CoSchedule self-serve plan with an annual subscription, 100% refunds are allowed within 14 days of renewal. We do not offer prorated refunds on unused or canceled annual plans. Refunds for unused social profiles or team member seats are not provided.

Annual Subscriptions — Managed

For a CoSchedule subscription that is purchased through a quote or purchased through our Sales team or managed by a Customer Success Manager, refunds are not provided. Refunds for any unused subscription periods, unused social profiles, unused user seats, or renewals are not provided. Contact your Customer Success Manager to make changes to your plan as they’re supported by the Terms & Conditions of your agreement.
