How to Delete Your CoSchedule Account

Warning: Please keep in mind that once you have deleted a calendar or account, it is removed from the CoSchedule system permanently as well as everything associated with it. We are not able to recover your data, including previously scheduled social messages, comments, tasks, team member information, or notes.
Before deleting your account, you'll need to cancel your subscription and delete your calendar. Follow these steps to successfully delete your CoSchedule account.

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel a calendar subscription:
  1. Log in to your calendar (https://app.coschedule.com/)
  2. Open Settings, then click Billing, which will open a new page
  3. Click the ellipses menu near your calendar subscription and select Cancel Subscription, which will open up a new tab (disable pop-up blockers if you don't see the new tab open)
  4. Click Cancel plan and follow the prompts until cancellation is confirmed
To cancel a Headline Studio subscription:
  1. Log in to Headline Studio (https://headlines.coschedule.com/)
  2. Click your name in the upper left corner, then select Manage Subscription
  3. Click the ellipses menu near your Headline Studio subscription and select Cancel Subscription, which will open up a new tab (disable pop-up blockers if you don't see the new tab open)
  4. Click Cancel plan and follow the prompts until cancellation is confirmed
Note: Only the Owner and Managers can access Billing settings. We recommend reviewing our Cancellation and Refund Policy before canceling.

How to Delete a Calendar

  1. Log in to your calendar (https://app.coschedule.com/)
  2. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Select Configuration, then click Delete This Calendar.
  4. Approve the deletion of your calendar and click Confirm.

How to Delete a CoSchedule Account

  1. Log in to your CoSchedule account profile (https://accounts-billing.coschedule.com/profile)
  2. Click Delete My Account and follow the prompts until your account is deleted
