How to Delete Your CoSchedule Account

Warning: Please keep in mind that once you have deleted a calendar or account, it is removed from the CoSchedule system permanently as well as everything associated with it. We are not able to recover your data, including previously scheduled social messages, comments, tasks, team member information, or notes.

Before deleting your account, you’ll need to cancel your subscription and delete your calendar. Follow these steps to successfully delete your CoSchedule account.


Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription
  2. At the very bottom of the page, click Cancel My Subscription.
  3. Follow the prompts and complete the survey, and make sure to choose Complete Cancellation
  4. You will get a confirmation of the cancellation in your email inbox as well as the owner’s address on file. 
  5. Once you have canceled your subscription, you will maintain access to that calendar until the remaining subscription time that is paid for runs out.
  6. Once your time runs out, you will lose access unless you choose to resubscribe or convert to a free plan.
Note: Only the Owner and Managers can access Billing settings. We recommend reviewing our Cancellation and Refund Policy before cancelling.

Delete Your Calendar

How to Delete Your Calendar:
  1. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Select Configuration, then click Delete This Calendar.
  3. Approve the deletion of your calendar and click Confirm.

Delete Your Account

Once you’ve canceled your subscription and deleted your calendar, you can delete your account from your Account page.

  1. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Click Update my Details.
  4. Select Delete My Account.
