How do I get started with social sign-on if I currently sign in with an email and password?

Log into your account’s profile settings using your password and connect the social sign-on provider account(s) you'd like to use. The next time you log in you can use the social sign-on provider you have connected.

Can I have multiple social sign-on logins with different providers (i.e. Facebook and Google)?

Yes, as long as the social sign-on provider account uses the same email address. Additional social sign-on logins can be connected from your account’s profile settings.

Can I have logins with social sign-on as well as email and password?

Yes. If you originally signed up with social sign-on, use the reset password flow to set a password. If you originally signed up with an email and password, social sign-on logins can be connected from your account’s profile settings.

What if I disconnect all social sign-on logins and do not have a password set up or forgot my password?

You will need to go through the reset password flow to set a password.

What happens if I change my email address in CoSchedule?

All existing social sign-on logins will be removed.

Where can I add and remove social sign-on logins?

You can connect and disconnect social sign-on logins from your account’s profile settings.

What happens if I remove CoSchedule from one of my connected social sign-on providers (Google, Facebook, Apple)?

If you remove CoSchedule from one of the providers' platforms, CoSchedule will prompt you to authenticate that social sign-on the next time you attempt to log into Coschedule using that provider login.

What If I log in with a social sign-on provider that has a different email address than the email address tied to my existing CoSchedule account?

A new account will be created using the email address that is given to CoSchedule from the social sign-on provider.

What if I want to change which Facebook, Google, or Apple account I use for social sign-on?

You will first need to set up a password using the reset password flow. Then, make sure your email address matches the email address tied to the social account you’d like to use for social sign-on (you can change your email address from your account’s profile settings). Next, manage the social sign-on logins you’d like to use from your account’s profile settings.

What if I’m having trouble logging in with social sign-on?

There may be an issue with the social sign-on provider, or you may be trying to sign into a CoSchedule account that does not yet have that social sign-on provider connected. Please try signing in using your email and password or a different established social sign-on. If you continue having trouble, reach out to Customer Service at support@coschedule.com.

What information do social sign-on providers give CoSchedule?

Each provider gives CoSchedule your name, email address, and profile picture. This information can be changed from your account’s profile settings.
