Why did I receive this error?
This error happens when we are unable to scrape the images from the URL that you are using for your social message. Usually, CoSchedule will still be able to publish the social message, but you will see this message as a precaution.
What should I do to resolve this?
To resolve this, you will need to adjust the Open Graph meta data associated with the web page to which you are linking. To check if the URL has all of the correct metadata, please use Facebook’s Sharing Debugger to see what specifically might need to be added.
How do I prevent this error from happening in the future?
You will need to set up the web page with the correct Open Graph metadata to avoid this issue. Once that is in place, you can reschedule the message and a proper preview will be shown for the social message.
