How to Change the Owner of Your Calendar

Below are the steps the current Owner needs to take to change the Owner of your calendar. If the current owner is no longer available, we have other options to confirm your account and get the change processed. Please email us at support@coschedule.com. For multiple users:
  1. Open Settings and go to the Team Members tab.
  2. Click the edit button on the right side of the team member’s name
  3. Find the Marketing Calendar Role section.
  4. Change the user’s role to Owner
For a single-user: If you are the only Team Member within an organization and would like to change the account holder's name:
  1. Open Settings and go to the Account tab.
  2. Under Account Details, click Update My Details.
  3. Here you can change your name, email address, and password.
