Understand a charge or renewal

Use this article to work out what a CoSchedule charge is for and when your subscription renews. The account Owner and any Manager can see billing details.

When CoSchedule charges you

  • Self-serve plans renew automatically and charge the card on file at each monthly or annual renewal.
  • On an annual plan, you get a reminder email before each renewal.
  • A trial charges your card automatically when it ends, unless you cancel first. See How trials work.
  • Plan changes you make yourself are prorated at checkout. See Upgrade, downgrade or change your billing cycle.
  • Charges are in US dollars.

Removing a team member doesn't change your bill. After you remove the member or revoke the invite, reduce your seats in Edit Plan.

Find your renewal date

  1. From your calendar, open Settings.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to your calendar subscription.
  4. Select Payment History. The payment portal opens in a new tab and shows your next renewal date and amount.

For more, see View invoices and payment history.

Charges from other CoSchedule products

Headline Studio and the Actionable Marketing Institute are separate subscriptions, billed apart from your calendar. Each one can be under a different email address. The product name on your receipt tells you which one a charge is for. Calendar invoices list your seats and social profiles.

To see a Headline Studio subscription, sign in at accounts-billing.coschedule.com/subscriptions with the email address you use for Headline Studio. For AMI, see Manage or cancel your AMI subscription.

Don't recognize a charge?

  1. Sign in with each email address you use: at app.coschedule.com for the calendar and at headlines.coschedule.com for Headline Studio.
  2. Still can't find it? Email support@coschedule.com with the last 4 digits of the card and the amount, the charge date or the receipt number.

Support can find the account from the charge, or confirm that no matching charge came from CoSchedule.

Want a refund?

Cancel first, then ask for the refund. See the Cancellation and refund policy. Refunds take 1 to 2 business days to process, and your bank may take up to 10 days to show them. Until it clears, a pending refund can look like a second charge.
