Use plain language to ask Claude or ChatGPT about your CoSchedule calendar once you've connected it. These are the questions it answers well, including a few you might not think to ask. Note: Start with "What calendars do I have access to?" Claude or ChatGPT needs to know which calendar you mean, and the answer shows you what it can see.

What's scheduled for next week?
What projects do we have in draft right now?
Find the project called "spring launch."
What's in our Q3 campaign?

Tasks

What tasks are overdue?
What's assigned to me this week?
Which tasks finished late last month?

Each answer includes when a task was finished as well as when it was due, so you can ask whether work is landing on time, not just how much is done.

Social Performance

How did our social messages do last month?
Which network is working best for us?
What were our five best posts in September?
How are our followers trending since June?

Best Times to Post

Which day of the week gets us the most engagement?
What time of day should we post?

These answers use when each post actually went out, not when the likes came in, so they reflect your real posting times.

Tips for Better Answers

Name the calendar if you have more than one.
Give a date range. Without one, most questions cover the last 30 days and anything upcoming.
Ask for a comparison. "Is engagement up or down since July?" gets a more useful answer than "What's our engagement?"
Check how many posts an answer is based on. Three posts isn't a pattern.
