Move a social message into a campaign

You can move a social message into a social campaign, take it out of one, or turn it into a new social campaign. This works on Starter, Professional and Suite.

Move a social message into a social campaign

1. On your calendar, click a social message to open it.
2. In the bottom left corner, click the ellipsis menu.
3. Select Move to Social Campaign.
4. In the Add to Social Campaign modal, use the search bar and filters to select the social campaign you want to add the message to.

The message is now part of that campaign. To move it to a different campaign, follow the same steps.

Move a social message out of a social campaign

1. Click a social message in a social campaign to open it.
2. In the bottom left corner, click the ellipsis menu.
3. Select Move out of Social Campaign.

The message is no longer part of the campaign.

Turn a social message into a new social campaign

1. On your calendar, click a social message to open it.
2. In the bottom left corner, click the ellipsis menu.
3. Select Convert into Social Campaign.

The message is now part of a new social campaign project. Rename the project and change its status, date and time as needed.
