Social Sync puts the posts you publish outside CoSchedule on your calendar, whether you posted on the network itself or with another tool, so you can see and measure all of them. It starts on its own when you connect a social profile. Available on Starter, Professional and Suite.
How Social Sync works
- When you connect a social profile, CoSchedule imports up to 60 days of its past posts, up to 100 posts.
- After that, it syncs new posts about every 24 hours, and when someone on your calendar logs in, unless the last sync was less than 15 minutes ago.
- Only original posts import. Shares and reposts (including reposts on X) don't.
- Each imported post shows where it was first published.
- Fully supported posts show a preview and can be added to ReQueue. Other posts may import without a preview and can't be added to ReQueue.
- If you edit a post on the network after it's imported, the calendar keeps the original version.

Frequently asked questions
Why isn't a post I just published on the network showing yet?
Posts aren't imported the moment they publish. They show up at the next sync, which runs about every 24 hours and when someone on your calendar logs in. Posts scheduled in another tool appear only after they publish.
Why can't I add an imported video post to ReQueue?
ReQueue needs CoSchedule's own copy of the video, and videos stored on a social network can't be pulled back reliably. To reuse the post, upload a copy of the video to CoSchedule, create the message again, and add that message to ReQueue.
Do edits I make on the network update the calendar?
No. The calendar keeps the version that was imported.
