A new update in CoSchedule Marketing Suite allows for more flexibility in user role permissions. Owners and admins can create custom permissions for each of their team members by toggling on and off permissions and checking boxes. Preview Files In-App
A new update allows users to preview audio and Office 365 files.You can preview Office 365, video & audio files directly from your project by selecting Preview. This allows you to preview the files directly in the app. You no longer need to download a file to view it.For more details on previewing files, see the announcement or this support doc.
Improved Email Notifications
A new update modifies the email notification from CoSchedule to include project name and the name of the person who tagged you. Previously, the email just stated a generic message such as “a new comment was made on an item you are contributing to.”Now, you will see subject lines stating “[the Project name]: You’ve been @mentioned on a project by Team Member. Emails will also come from the person who left you a comment to help you filter through your inbox. With this update, you will be able to quickly access notifications such as comments, status changes, new tasks and more.To learn more, see our announcement or talk with your Customer Success Manager for more information.
