Invite up to five other Instagram accounts to collaborate on a post. When the post publishes, each one gets an invitation from Instagram. Available on Starter, Professional and Suite for Instagram Business and Creator accounts.
Add collaborators
- Open your calendar and click +Create, choose Social, then select Social Message.
- Choose your Instagram account from the drop-down menu.
- Add your caption and media.
- Scroll down to the Instagram Publishing section.
- In the collaborators field, enter up to 5 Instagram usernames, separated by commas (for example, USERNAME1, USERNAME2).
- Select the date and time, then click Save.
CoSchedule can't look up Instagram account names, so type each username exactly. If Instagram can't find a username when the message is sent, the message fails.
What happens when the post publishes
Each collaborator gets an invitation from Instagram, which they can review while viewing the post.
Collaborators can't be added to Instagram Stories.
