Connect a Threads account to your calendar so you can schedule and publish to it from CoSchedule. Available on Starter, Professional and Suite.
Before you start
Your Threads account must be set to Public. A private Threads account can't connect. Threads explains how to change your profile's privacy.
Connect Threads from Settings
- Open a private or incognito browser window.
- Log in to CoSchedule.
- Open Settings.
- Click the Social Profiles tab.
- Click Connect Social Profile.
- Select Threads.
- Click Let's Connect.
- Log in to Threads. You can continue with the Instagram account that's linked to your Threads account.
- Follow the prompts until your account is connected.

If the connection doesn't work
Check these in order:
- Make sure your Threads account is set to Public.
- Try the connection again in a private or incognito browser window, or in another browser.
- If it still fails and the account is already Public, switch it to Private, then back to Public, and connect again.
If the account still won't connect, contact support before you remove the profile from CoSchedule. Removing a profile deletes its messages in CoSchedule.
Reconnect a Threads account
For the steps, see Reconnect a social profile. If reconnecting fails while the account is already Public, switch it to Private and back to Public, then reconnect.
Remove a Threads account
Removing a profile deletes its scheduled, sent and ReQueue messages and its social template messages in CoSchedule. Posts already published stay on Threads.
For the steps, see Add or remove a social profile.
