Pinterest messages cannot include links

Pinterest blocks notes containing URLs. After adding the URL to a post, remove it from the text input. After removing, the message will still display the link preview and will publish as a Pin with a link-preview image attached.

Why did I receive this error?

Pinterest does not allow links inside of the text input of a Pin scheduled in Pinterest or inside of CoSchedule.

What should I do to resolve this?

You will need to remove the link or {permalink} social helper from the text of your message.

How do I prevent this error from happening in the future?

To avoid this error, you'll want to remove the {permalink} social helper from any Social Templates or social messages that you have that are publishing to Pinterest.
