How to Schedule and Publish TikTok Content
Follow these instructions to schedule content and post directly to TikTok. To get started, ensure that your TikTok account is connected to your calendar.

Creating a New TikTok Post on Your Calendar
- Open your calendar and click the orange "Create" button in the upper right corner.
- Choose "Social" and select "Social Message."
- Choose the TikTok account you want to post from using the drop-down menu.
- Enter your text, hashtags, and emojis into the text field. The character count will be displayed in the lower right corner.
Adding Media
You can choose to add a single video or up to 35 images.Add Video
- Click the video camera icon.
- Upload a file from your computer, or select from previous uploads.
- Click "Save."
Add Images
- Click the camera icon.
- Upload files from your computer, or select from previous uploads.
- Click "Save."
Publishing Settings
Publishing settings will vary slightly between video posts and image posts.Video Settings
- Select who can view the content (public, friends, or private) — this is required before saving.
- Enable interaction by choosing options for comments, duets, and/or stitches.
- Use the toggle to disclose post content if it promotes a brand, product, or service.
- Select a thumbnail from your uploaded video. Please note that, unlike other social networks, TikTok does not support uploading an image to be used as a thumbnail.
Image Settings
- The title field can have up to 90 characters.
- There is an auto add music checkbox — if ticked, TikTok will add one of their top most popular songs to your image slide deck.
- Select who can view the content (public, friends, or private) — this is required before saving.
- Enable interactions by choosing the option for comments.
- Use the toggle to disclose post content if it promotes a brand, product, or service.
Additional Message Enhancements
- Click "Social Assistant" to have AI help you draft social messages.
- Click Analyze to grade your message for a better engagement rate before scheduling.
- Click the white circle in the lower left corner to add a color label.
