Well, we’ve done it again. We’re excited to roll out a few more new features for your CoSchedule calendar today.

Want to use Click to Tweet on your blog?

Tasks On Calendar

We want to make your life easier. We created tasks as a helpful way to set reminders for you and your team. You can now see tasks on your CoSchedule calendar and they’re drag and drop, so you can better organize your workflow. With this new feature, you’ll even have the ability to create stand-alone tasks not associated with a blog or social media post. Calendar-Tasks-Calendar

Task Templates

With new task templates, you have the option to streamline the process of assigning tasks to team members. You can now create a template in your calendar that can be easily applied to future blog posts to create and assign tasks to your team with the click of a button. Calendar-Task-Templates

Our third feature being released today is a great tool for general announcements, brainstorming sessions, or just your typical office note-passing. With the opportunity to create a public or a private note, you can choose to share your bright ideas or keep them to yourself with the click of a button.   Calendar-Notes

New Filtering

We’ve polished our filtering system up a bit and are ready to show off the new ways you can filter your calendar view. Take a glance at your calendar to see the new filtering we’ve added.

We’re excited to make your life easier and save you valuable time and energy with these new features! There are more of your most requested features already in the works, so stay tuned.

"CoSchedule has allowed us to plan and stay ahead 8-12 weeks. It's the best thing we've done to get ahead of ourselves; especially with so many last minute projects popping up."
