When you’re writing blog posts, creating graphics, checking analytics AND breathing it’s hard to keep track of everything. The last thing on your mind is scheduling posts to Instagram.
With 500 million users and 300 million daily active users, Instagram is something you don’t want to put on your back burner.
Many marketing tools don’t allow you to include Instagram in your strategy, but not your favorite marketing tool…CoSchedule ;).
We’ve touched on how to schedule Instagram posts before, but in case you forgot we’ll do a quick overview to refresh your memory. The CoSchedule mobile app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When using the app, you’ll get notified on your phone when it’s time to post so you don’t miss out on consistently reaching your followers.
To begin, create a new social message. When the New Social Message window opens, choose your Instagram account(s) that you would like to schedule messages for. You can create either an Image or Video-type social message.
After you schedule your messages, go to the CoSchedule app on your phone. You will see all of the scheduled Instagram social messages on your calendar start to show up in the Scheduled page. You will receive a push notification from your phone when the scheduled time is reached. If you have missed any of your messages, they will show up in the Missed page.
You can post, reschedule, or delete missed messages in seconds. If you’d like to change the scheduled date or delete any of your messages, click on the Options button in the top-right corner.
And that’s how it’s done! The CoSchedule for Instagram mobile app not only reminds you when it’s time to post. It gives you the content you’ve planned so you can share directly to Instagram with a few easy clicks.
Now let’s say you don’t have time to schedule Instagram posts. Well don’t worry, we have the solution for you!
A while back we created a handy social media automation tool called ReQueue. ReQueue is the magical social media schedule that fills itself (with intelligence). The more messages you add, the more gaps CoSchedule will intelligently fill for you.
By using ReQueue for Instagram, you can eliminate the tedious process of manually scheduling.
Within CoSchedule is also a full social media analytics report that shows your top performing content, including Instagram posts.
The best performing content report shows you the facts and numbers of what sort of content is resonating best with your audience. You can add your best performing Instagram posts into ReQueue to be shared automatically.
To add these posts into ReQueue, simply turn the ReQueue toggle switch on located in the bottom left corner. After turning on ReQueue you can select which ReQueue category you want to add the post into.
After your messages have been placed into ReQueue, you can set it and forget it! ReQueue is the only social automation tool that uses data-driven intelligence to reshare your best messages to every major social network, including Instagram.
With ReQueue, there’s no more getting stuck in the weeds of social! Or messing with the manual AND tedious work of copy/paste. Create your messages once, add them to ReQueue, and let CoSchedule intelligently send them out at the best possible traffic times on Instagram. Now you can spend more time crafting blog posts (and breathing).
With ReQueue, you’ll no longer have a panic moment of forgetting to post on Instagram.
You busted your butt creating your content! So make the most of it, and share it over and over again with ReQueue.
